Ingredients:

1 Whole Chicken cut into 8 pieces
2 bunch sliced green onions
10 jalapenos diced
5 shallots diced
2 onions (small diced)
5 garlic cloves chopped
2.5 t grated gingar
1/2 c olive oil
1/2c soy sauce
1/2c lime juice (put used lime in marinate)
2.5 t brown sugar packed dark
3 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
2 1/2c water
1 c "Cookin With Lenny" Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and Rub

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Let marinate overnight for best result.Grill over medium hot coal until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.Glaze with Cookin' with Lenny's Whiskey grilling glaze at the end of the cookin process. "I know (10) jalapenos seems like alot and it is. but I've used less, but then added the rest because I didn't think it kicked ass like I needed it to.... so there you go" Lenny.
