Ingredients:
10 3/4 c Coconut
2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz.)
2/3 c Cocoa
1/2 c Butter (melted}
4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1 1/2 c Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 c White Chocolate Chips
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (preheat oven to 350 degrees) Use a 1oz. scoop to place cookies on a cookie sheet pan, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Do not remove macaroons until cooled. For a variation, dip each cookie ( half way) in melted white or dark chocolate and refridgerate.
